- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually incorporate the sugar and mix until fully combined.
