  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix plant-based milk and soy sauce.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
