  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon over medium heat until fully cooked.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer noodles, turkey mixture, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and marinara sauce. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
