  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned. Add the chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers.
  7. Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

  • For a twist, add spinach or mushrooms to the meat mixture.
