- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add tahini, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
