- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Top with crumbled turkey bacon and diced chicken ham.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Serve warm.
