  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 cups cubed bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the sweet maple sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Add the cubed bread, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Stir until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
