- 12 large jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Add crumbled turkey bacon, mixing well.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture, then place in a baking dish.
