- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
