  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the sourdough discard, flour, sugar, salt, and garlic powder until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rest for 1 hour, covered with a damp cloth.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Shape the dough into small balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Brush the melted butter over the top of the dough balls and sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
