  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover and let it rise for about 4 hours or until doubled in size.
  5. Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket; cover and allow to rise again for 2 hours.
  6. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
  7. Carefully place the dough into the hot pot, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
