Sheet Pan Lasagna

Sheet Pan Lasagna is a comforting dish that combines the flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham, making it both hearty and satisfying.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 12 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, cook ground turkey until browned.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a sheet pan.
  6. Layer lasagna sheets over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture and half of the cooked turkey.
  7. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of noodles and marinara on top.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute ground turkey with vegetables.
  • Feel free to add more cheese if desired.
