- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 8 corn tortillas, cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, salsa verde, sour cream, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the tortilla strips on the bottom.
- Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
- Sprinkle half of the black beans and corn over the chicken mixture.
- Add half of the cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers, starting with the remaining tortilla strips, followed by the chicken mixture, black beans, corn, and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
