- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
