  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, tilting it to spread evenly.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking crepes on a plate.
  6. To serve, spread whipped cream on each crepe, top with raspberries, and roll up.

Notes
