  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crisp.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in the spaghetti and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes until spaghetti is cooked.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella cheese until melted.
