  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, then remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir until combined.
