  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 container whipped topping (8 oz)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over the crust.
  4. In the same bowl, add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with whipped topping, smoothing out the surface.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
