Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna Recipe

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 ounces bacon, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Add the ground turkey and garlic, cooking until the turkey is browned.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta, Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Layer the lasagna in a baking dish, starting with the meat sauce, followed by lasagna noodles, and then the cheese mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with meat sauce and remaining mozzarella.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
