  • 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Drizzle the Biscoff spread over the cream cheese layer and use a knife to swirl it in.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing into bars.
