- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter into the mashed bananas.
- Add baking soda and salt, mix well.
- Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Finally, mix in flour until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan, then add dollops of Nutella and swirl with a knife.
