- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped jalapeños, seeds removed
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and cilantro until well combined.
- Take an egg roll wrapper and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Fold the corners of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it tightly into an egg roll shape.
- Brush the outside of the roll with olive oil.
- Heat a deep fryer or large pot filled with oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- For extra spice, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
