Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
