- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 pound chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then add the chicken ham and sauté until heated through.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce, then spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Add half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham mixture, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layering process, finishing with noodles, marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
