- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 2 cups salsa
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with the onion and bell pepper until browned.
- Stir in the black beans, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning, and simmer for 5 minutes.
