Manicotti Made Easy: Indulgent Stuffed Pasta with Turkey Bacon

A simple yet indulgent recipe for manicotti stuffed with turkey bacon, perfect for any occasion.

  • 12 manicotti shells
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, turkey bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the manicotti shells with the cheese and turkey bacon mixture.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed manicotti in the baking dish and top with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove foil, sprinkle basil on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit turkey bacon and add more vegetables.
  • Can use any type of cheese you prefer.
