Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole

A comforting and delicious dish combining classic mac and cheese with savory meatloaf and turkey bacon for an irresistible flavor.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cooked macaroni, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
