  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium cabbage, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in chopped cabbage and cook until wilted.
  5. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes, mixing well.
  6. Finish with crumbled bacon and garnish with green onions.

  • For a spicier dish, increase the amount of crushed red pepper.
