- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup sweet corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Cook rotini according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rotini, beef mixture, corn, sour cream, milk, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
