- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, cooked ground turkey, diced chicken ham, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a noodle on a flat surface, add filling, and roll up. Repeat with remaining noodles.
- Place the rolled noodles in the baking dish, seam side down, and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
