Ingredients

  • 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cannellini beans, kidney beans, cherry tomatoes, red onion, parsley, and turkey bacon.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
