  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
  5. Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  6. Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.

  8. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
