- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
