1 pound chicken breast, cooked and diced
1 head cauliflower, riced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, riced cauliflower, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
