- 8 ounces lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
- In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a sheet pan.
- Layer noodles, cheese mixture, and more sauce. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
