  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
  4. In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a sheet pan.
  6. Layer noodles, cheese mixture, and more sauce. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
