Instructions

  3. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it sit for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
  4. Once risen, preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
  5. Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven, and place the dough inside. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
