Garlic Butter Lasagna Enchiladas

Delicious and comforting garlic butter lasagna enchiladas that combine rich flavors and easy prep.

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and half of the mozzarella.
  4. Spread garlic butter in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each noodle with the cheese mixture and roll them up.
  6. Place the rolled noodles in the baking dish, seam side down.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Allow lasagna enchiladas to cool for a few minutes before serving.
