- 1 pound ground turkey
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
