Easy No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  4. Roll the balls in crushed graham crackers and set aside.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and dip each ball into the melted chocolate, then return to the tray.
  6. Place the tray in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
