Easy Chili Mac is a comforting and hearty dish made with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delicious twist.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Add chicken ham and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chicken broth, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder to the pot. Stir to combine.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the pot. Stir until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  6. Remove from heat, top with remaining cheese, and serve warm.

Notes
