  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
