  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 package (3 oz) raspberry gelatin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar; press into a baking dish.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes; let cool.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped topping and spread over pretzel crust.
  6. In another bowl, combine cranberry juice and gelatin; stir until dissolved.
  7. Add fresh cranberries and pour over cream cheese layer.
  8. Refrigerate until set, then serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a sweeter version, add more sugar to the cream cheese layer.
  • Using frozen cranberries is an option if fresh ones are unavailable.
