  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Stir in baking soda and salt.
  5. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  6. Gradually add flour and stir until just incorporated.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  8. Pour half of the batter into the greased pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture.
