Chicken Caesar Sandwiches

A delicious and healthier take on the classic chicken Caesar sandwich with the addition of turkey bacon.

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 4 ounces grilled chicken breast
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. In a bowl, mix the grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Toast the whole grain bread slices.
  4. Layer the chicken mixture on one slice of bread, top with the bacon, then cover with the other slice.
  5. Slice in half and serve immediately.
