  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, ranch seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
