- 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
- 400 grams cream cheese, softened
- 200 grams powdered sugar
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50 grams Biscoff spread
- Begin by crushing the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
