Biscoff Cheesecake is a delicious no-bake dessert that combines the rich flavors of Biscoff cookies with a creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Biscoff cookies
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 400 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 200 grams powdered sugar
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 grams Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. Begin by crushing the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  6. Add the Biscoff spread and gently mix.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.

Notes

  • For a stronger Biscoff flavor, increase the amount of Biscoff spread.
  • This cheesecake can be topped with extra Biscoff cookies for decoration.
