  • 4 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, and diced bell peppers.
  2. Add the chopped turkey bacon, green onions, and slivered almonds to the salad mixture.
  3. Toss the salad to combine all ingredients.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
