  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/3 cup sesame ginger dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, shredded carrots, diced cucumbers, crumbled turkey bacon, sliced almonds, and green onions.
  2. Add the Mandarin oranges and gently toss to combine.
  3. Drizzle with sesame ginger dressing and toss again until evenly coated.
