  • 4 croissants
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  4. Spread the whipped cream on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Add a generous amount of mixed berries on top of the cream.
  6. Place the top half of the croissant back on and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding lemon zest to the whipped cream.
