- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced ham
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
- Slice the croissants in half and spread Dijon mustard on the insides.
